A mezcalero's take on tequila.

 

"Nose—Agave, wet earth, grass, and minerals. Taste—Sweet agave, jalapeño, and minerals. Nice legs on the glass and a long initial tingle from the 45% ABV, but it mellows out. So does the nose when you let it open up. This is nice to sip and would also make for a great tequila Mojito or Ranch Water. I love how the earthy flavor profile aligns so well to the brand name."
