Punt e Mes is made by the same producer as Carpano Antica vermouth. Its name means "point and a half", referring to a half "point" of bitterness, and one "point" of sweetness. Well definitely a vermouth, it is one of the more bitter ones readily available. If you want your Manhattans a touch drier, give it a try.
