Middle West Michelone Wheated Bourbon

From cult distillery out of Columbus, OH comes this wheated bourbon.  Wheated bourbons are perhaps best exemplified by Maker's Mark or Pappy.  While corn is still the dominant grain, wheat takes up the majority of secondary grain in the mashbill. 

Middle West has taken it a step further and made a four grain bourbon consisting of sweet yellow corn, soft red wheat, dark pumpernickel rye, and two-row barley.  Aged a minimum of four years.

Big and bright with dried apricot, toasted walnut, vanilla, candied orange peel, and honeysuckle notes.
