Clos de La Maison is a monopole of 31 ares located in the slopes of the village of Pouilly. Wines from this vineyard always show great finesse and bright minerality. The wine displays aromas of ripe lemon, pear skin, and dried tropical fruit with sweet spice notes on the finish. The grapes are allowed to naturally undergo malolactic fermentation resulting in a cold butter and honey texture.
Ageing for 12 months: 90% stainless steel vat, 10% barrel with 1 year on the lees. Practicing biodynamic.
