Giffard has been making liqueurs in the Loire Valley since 1885. Started by a phamacist, they use only real ingredients, nothing artifical. Their creme de menthe is made from extraced essential oil of mitcham peppermint. There's a touch of acidity that makes this quaffable on the rocks. I highly recommend it in a Stinger.
