Far North Spirits Roknar Minnesota Rye Whiskey Cognac Cask Finish

Minnesota- Roknar is a single estate rye whiskey born of AC Hazlet Rye grown by head distiller Michael Swanson on his family's century old farm. Far North's focus on heirloom varietals results in complex flavors - with a rich vanilla note & less of the spice often associated with rye.

 

This single-estate rye (with a mash bill of 80% rye, 10% corn, and 10% malted barley) is aged for 16 months in Minnesota-made oak barrels and finished in cognac casks.
